Order ahead half trays and full trays , preferably at least 48 hours, the sooner the better.
Half trays are aluminum, oven and chafer safe, and serve 12 people as side dishes.
Full trays serve 24 as side dishes.

BUILD YOUR OWN TACOS

Half trays are enough for approximately 20 tacos.
Full trays are enough for approximately 40 tacos.
Our taco toppings are packaged in trays.

3) Number of guests

TYPES OF SERVICE

1) PICKUP: is your cheapest option. There is no additional charge for pick-up orders.
2) DELIVERY: fees depend on distance and the dollar amount of your catering order.
3) ONSITE BUFFET: there are additional charges for servers to be on site depending on the number of servers required and number of guests. Our staff cleans up food service areas only.
4) FULL SERVICE CATERING: custom menus are usually $50-$100 and up per person with a minimum order required. Staffing may be extra. Our staff cleans up food prep and food service areas only. If you need rentals, those are handled directly with a rental company. We can recommend rentals for you.

PAYMENT

We accept payment via Venmo and Paypal (you pay the fees for Paypal). We can send you an email invoice via square.
Or you can call in a credit card. We also accept business checks.
