HOUSE CURED + SMOKED PASTRAMI

House cured and smoked pastrami burritos, bowls, and sandwiches. We make our lamb pastrami by curing halal boneless leg of lamb in a proprietary blend of seasonings that includes Latin American ingriedients such as chipotle. We use piloncilo instead of brown sugar. We use agave and grape molasses instead of honey. We add an extra kick by adding North African spices.

Pastrami specials avalaible from noon till 4 pm only or until we sell out for the day.
